On October 30, 2018, a bilateral meeting of the Secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Armenia Armen Grigoryan and the State Secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Belarus Stanislav Vasilyevich Zas took place in Minsk. During the meeting issues of bilateral cooperation in the field of security were discussed. Also, the Plan of Cooperation for 2019-2020 between the staffs of the Security Councils of the Republic of Armenia and the Republic of Belarus was signed.
