On April 9, the Secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Armenia, Armen Grigoryan, received a delegation led by Martina von Künsberg Sarre, Chair of the Austria–Armenia Friendship Group of the Austrian Parliament.

The Secretary of the Security Council welcomed the delegation’s visit to Armenia and emphasized the importance of high-level reciprocal visits, particularly in light of the positive dynamics of steady development recently observed in bilateral relations.

The parties discussed issues related to multifaceted cooperation between Armenia and Austria.

The interlocutors also exchanged views on the development of Armenia–EU partnership, the latest developments in the Armenia–Azerbaijan normalization process, as well as the regional security situation.
