On November 1, 2018, the Secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Armenia Armen Grigoryan participated at the discussions on "Arms Control and Confidence Building Measures" and "Regional Conflicts" organized within the framework of the MSC Core Group.
During the discussion, the Secretary made a speech and stressed the imperative of the peaceful settlement of the Karabakh conflict, emphasizing special importance of the protection of interests of all the parties, the strict observance of the ceasefire as a priority precondition and the possible positive influence of democratic changes in Armenia.
The Secretary once again stressed that the Karabakh issue has no military solution.
