Secretary of the Security Council Armen Grigoryan Received Simon Mordue

On July 2, Secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Armenia Armen Grigoryan received Simon Mordue, Diplomatic Adviser to the President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen.

The interlocutors discussed the progress of the development of bilateral Armenia–European Union relations, focusing on the priorities of the partnership agenda. In particular, they emphasized the importance of deepening cooperation in the energy sector and expanding trade and economic ties.

During the meeting, the parties also exchanged views on the regional and international security situation.
